INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
IFS teaches us that through integration we can achieve the clarity, courage and connection we’re all seeking. Intuitively, we assume that we should move away from what feels bad, when in fact these may be signals for us to pay close attention to. We will approach all parts of you from a position of curiosity, laying the groundwork for greater cooperation and harmony within ourselves.
RELATIONAL LIFE THERAPY
Relational Life Therapy is an action-oriented form of therapy which emphasizes skills that foster meaningful connection. Some common areas of focus are conflict resolution and repair, balanced self-esteem (not high or low, but “same as”), and healthy boundaries.
NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION
NVC aims to create a space for honest, compassionate dialogue that fosters mutual respect and understanding. We do this by connecting with our basic needs (e.g., safety, respect, belonging) and the needs of others, transforming conflict into collaboration.
