WHEN I ACCEPT MYSELF AS I AM, THEN I CAN CHANGE.
— Carl Rogers

I would describe myself as a “WOUNED HEALER” in that I do not position myself as someone who has it all figured out. I am a work in progress, and often share what I have been through as a way to connect more deeply with my clients. The goal is not to be perfect, but to appreciate who we are and from there we can improve. I do not shame myself for being imperfect, but I do hold myself accountable to the things that are important to me. Being generous, brave, honest and working hard are important values to me. I can’t say that I always live up to them, but I am doing my best to try.

Clients I’ve worked with describe me as “RELATABLE, WARM AND TRUSTWORTHY.”

I practice self-disclosure to build trust and humanize our therapeutic relationship. By sharing relevant personal experiences, I aim to create a BRAVE SPACE where you feel supported in your challenges. As you move through your journey with compassion and focus on today, you will learn to honor your past and foster abundance for your future.

Through this process, my goal is to empower you to connect with your inner wisdom and make intuitive decisions that nurture your growth and well-being. By embracing all aspects of yourself—even the ones you find challenging—you’ll uncover the clarity to create a life aligned with your true self. Welcoming ALL PART OF YOURSELF with open arms allows you to fully step into your wholeness.
